LaborSave is the only fully automatic sack emptying system. Other systems require workers to unload bags onto conveyors or directly into the system. Not LaborSave — making it a truly “labor saving” system.

A full pallet is loaded onto the system, either automatically (pallet feeding conveyor) or by a forklift operator.
Gripping and lifting the sacks from the pallet is completely mechanical.
Motorized blades cleanly slit the sacks open from the bottom.
The sacks are mechanically shaken. The contents are completely emptied into a hopper.
Empty sacks are discharged and compressed into a collection bin or an automatic compactor.
Once the pallet is emptied, it is removed from the system by a forklift operator or by an automatic stacker.
Using an easy-to-use touch screen, the process is initialized and repeats until the pallet is completely empty.
