A flood of inquiries by worldwide leading food and beverage manufacturers resulted in a recent trial-run for testing the efficiency of opening and emptying sugar bags using the LaborSave system.
Using 50kg woven bags by Santa Ana, the LaborSave was operated in different bag layouts, positioning the bags on the pallet both horizontally and vertically.
The bags were effortlessly gripped and lifted by the LaborSave system. Cutting, emptying and shaking of the sugar bags were carried out at the highest efficiency level possible, leaving a tea spoon of sugar, at most, in the sugar bags handled.
